1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item(s) must be returned within 60 days of the delivery date.
- The item(s) must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Shoes must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- A valid proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.
2. How to Initiate a Refund
To start the refund process:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, the reason for the refund, and photos of the item(s) (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization (RA) number, along with instructions for returning the item(s) to our mailing address: 1253 Sunset Boulevard, Apt 5B, Los Angeles, CA 90026, United States.
- Ship the item(s) back to us with the RA number clearly marked on the package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect, error, or damage caused by Hokuc.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) (typically within 3–5 business days of delivery to our facility), we will approve or deny the refund based on eligibility.
- Approved refunds will be processed in United States Dollars (USD) and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds generally take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
4. Exceptions
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective.
- Items returned after the 60-day window may be denied a refund at our discretion, though we may offer store credit in such cases (subject to review).
- Shipping costs (if applicable; note that Hokuc offers free global shipping on orders) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
